Finally a medical weight loss program built for you
Our program addresses the underlying metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle factors that make weight loss so different from person to person. Dr. Kelsey Knight, MD, MSCP — a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine — builds each patient's plan around their own labs, history, and goals, not a one-size-fits-all checklist.
What's Included in Our Medical Weight Loss Program
- Comprehensive intake — a full review of your medical history, current labs, and weight.
- 3D body composition scanning — tracking real changes in fat mass and lean mass over time, not just total weight.
- Individualized GLP-1 medication management — when appropriate, with careful dose titration and regular monitoring.
- Direct Access to Dr. Knight, MD — our members have support and guidance through Dr. Knight, MD herself.
Who Is Medical Weight Loss For?
Those 18 and over in the Houston/Woodlands area looking for a medically supervised, physician-led approach to weight loss. Those looking for a strict program and who are proactive about their health. If you're just starting, have plateaued on another program or want a weight loss certified medical doctor, you've come to the right place.
What to expect at your first visit
Your first visit is scheduled for a full hour with Dr. Knight, MD, MSCP herself. Plan to bring a list of your current medications, any recent lab results you have on hand, and notes on what has or hasn't worked for you in the past. Visits are available in-person in Creekside, The Woodlands, or virtually if you're located elsewhere in Texas, New York, or New Jersey. By the end of your visit, you'll leave with a clear next step, whether that's your personalized plan or additional testing to complete the picture.
Our Approach to GLP-1 Weight Loss Treatment
GLP-1 medications can be a powerful tool, but they work best as part of a complete plan — not a standalone fix. Depending on your history, goals, and response, that may mean Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, or oral GLP-1 medications — Dr. Knight selects and adjusts the right option for you rather than defaulting to one medication for everyone. Dr. Knight manages dosing individually, titrating carefully based on your response and side effects, and pairs medication with the lifestyle, nutrition, and metabolic support needed for results that last after treatment goals are met. Every plan is reassessed at your monthly visits and adjusted as your body changes.

What is medical weight loss?
Medical weight loss is a physician-supervised approach to losing weight that looks at the underlying metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle factors driving weight gain — not just calories in versus calories out.
How do GLP-1 medications work for weight loss?
GLP-1 medications work by mimicking a hormone your body naturally produces after eating, which helps regulate appetite, slow digestion, and improve blood sugar control. This typically leads to eating less without constant hunger. Dr. Knight determines the right medication and dose for you individually, and monitors your response at regular visits.
How much does the medical weight loss program cost?
Our programs start at $149/month.
What weight-loss medications do you offer?
Dr. Knight evaluates each patient individually and, when appropriate, prescribes and manages weight-loss medication — including Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, and oral GLP-1 medications — with dose titration and regular monitoring alongside your body composition scans.
Do you accept insurance for this program?
No — the practice operates on a transparent, membership-based model rather than billing insurance, so there are no surprise bills or prior authorizations. We do accept HSA.
Can I do this program virtually?
Yes. In addition to in-person visits in Creekside, The Woodlands, Dr. Knight offers virtual care to patients located in Texas, New York, and New Jersey.
Do you serve patients outside The Woodlands?
Yes. While our office is located in Creekside, The Woodlands, TX, we regularly see patients from Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, Conroe, and the greater Houston area, along with virtual patients throughout Texas, New York, and New Jersey.
